The RR House

The contemporary side of us is doing the Futterwacken-dance to celebrate the interior in the "RR House", designed by Studio Guilherme Torres. The playfulness achieved when contemporary-meets-retro-meets colors is like a glass of red wine i the couch on a Tuesday night...darn good!

A true Gotlandic bathroom

This bathroom can be found in an old brewery, now a permanent living for a family of three persons, on the swedish island Gotland. We love how the room looks raw and stripped in best kind of way. Choices of materials and the color scale makes it feel like the Gotlandic nature has been brought inside. The sink is made of concrete and casted in place, the mirror above it is welded on to the wall. The oversized bath tub (measures 1,3 x 1,3m) is built in sandstone and is perfect for family baths.

This is the result of a project finished last spring. The bathroom is designed by us, Perfection Makes Me Yawn, to make everyday needs of a family a little more luxury. All we can say is that the owners are that satisfied with the outcome that they now are considering to host all family dinners at the bathroom floor. That is what we call a great review.
